Phuket’s night markets mean street food, souvenirs and clothes in the evening. The catch is that few of them publish official hours: municipalities say little about their markets and TAT keeps no schedule. Below is only what we could confirm on official pages as of 17 October 2026. Where we could not, we say so: check before you go.

Lard Yai Sunday market in Old Town
Lard Yai (“big market”, Phuket Walking Street) runs along Thalang Road in Phuket Old Town. According to Phuket City Municipality it opens on Sundays only, 16:00-22:00: street food, souvenirs and local goods among the Sino-Portuguese shophouses. Banzaan night market in Patong
Banzaan is the fresh market in central Patong next to Jungceylon mall. According to its website the morning market runs 06:00-13:00 and Banzaan Night Plaza, with seafood and street food, 18:00-24:00. The site does not say which days the night market runs, and elsewhere on the same site it gives 08:00-20:00, so check on the spot. Chillva, Naka, Indy and others
These markets are popular with visitors and locals, but we found no official schedule on municipal, provincial or TAT websites. Days and hours in reviews and blogs disagree, and markets change their schedule in the low season, so we do not publish hours we cannot confirm. Check the market’s social media or ask at your hotel on the day.
