Two parks with similar names
Phuket has two separate zipline parks, and the names are easy to confuse. Their addresses and bookings differ, and Flying Hanuman itself advises matching the full park name on your booking confirmation.
- Hanuman World. In Wichit, at 105 Moo 4, Muang-Chaofah Road, closer to Phuket Town. Its site calls it Thailand’s biggest zipline adventure park and lists ziplines, a roller, a skywalk and a luge. Open daily 8:00-18:00, last admission 15:00
- Flying Hanuman. In Kathu, on Soi Namtok Kathu, closer to Patong. It offers ziplines, a walking canopy bridge and combinations with ATVs. Open daily 8:00-17:00, last admission 16:00
What you can choose
Hanuman World. The longest programme has 32 platforms, 16 ziplines, 5 sky bridges and 3 abseil points, with a longest line of 400 m. Smaller courses have 18 platforms and 9 ziplines, or 10 platforms and 4 ziplines, which takes up to 20 minutes. A roller zipline, a skywalk and the luge (gravity carts on two tracks, 650 m and 1.2 km) are sold separately. Combined packages A+, B+, C+ and D+ run from 1 to 3 hours; the site describes A+ as 32 platforms plus roller and skywalk for up to 3 hours, and D+ as roller and skywalk only for 1 hour.
Flying Hanuman. Package FH1 has 42 platforms, 14 ziplines and 4 sky bridges, 2-3 hours. FH2 has 28 platforms and 7 ziplines, 1-2 hours. FH3 with the canopy bridge has 12 platforms and 3 ziplines, 30-60 minutes, the shortest package with ziplines. The canopy walk alone is a 200 m cable skywalk, 30 minutes. Packages SD1-SD5 combine FH3 with the luge at Hanuman World, a meal at Three Monkeys, 30 minutes of ATV riding or elephant feeding. Our approach to elephant programmes is on the elephants page.
Both parks say they use Petzl equipment, and Flying Hanuman states compliance with the European EN 15 567 standard for adventure parks. These are the parks’ own claims; we have not seen an independent audit.
Opening hours and how the visit goes
Both parks ask you to arrive 30 minutes before your slot. The routine is registration, a free locker, harness and helmet, a briefing, then the course with guides who check your attachment before each line. Hotel transfer is built into the packages. Flying Hanuman names its free-transfer zone as Patong, Kata, Karon and Phuket Town, with private transfers for other areas.
Phuket Tour sells programmes AZ1-AZ4 that pair a 10- or 18-platform zipline with 30 minutes or an hour of ATVs; AZ4 adds 100 paintball shots. Phuket Tour says the Hanuman World visit including the flight takes about 15-20 minutes, and the rest of the time goes to briefing and travel.
How long it takes and when to go
Ziplining runs year-round; it is not a seasonal tour or a national park. Time on the course depends on the package: 20 minutes to 3 hours at Hanuman World and 30 minutes to 3 hours at Flying Hanuman. With the ride from your hotel, plan half a day.

National park fee and what is included
There is no DNP fee: both parks are private and outside national parks, and entry is paid through the park’s package. What a package contains is up to the park. Both list insurance, equipment and a guide; photos, food and transfer depend on the package. Flying Hanuman states insurance cover of up to 5 million baht; read the policy terms for details.
Options: which park and which package
| Option | Time on course | Best for | Downside |

| Hanuman World, 32 platforms | up to an hour | a long course | many platforms and climbs |
| Hanuman World A+ | up to 3 hours | zipline, roller and skywalk in one go | takes most of a morning |
| Flying Hanuman FH3 + Canopy | 30-60 minutes | a short outing, couples, families | only 12 platforms |

What to do in rain and thunderstorms
The two parks’ rules match. In light rain everything runs as usual and raincoats are issued. Heavy rain or wind can pause the course, and lightning stops operations, with a refund or reschedule offered. In practice staff on site decide. On a rainy morning, call or message the park about your slot. If the course is closed for the day, Hanuman World still has the luge, though it also depends on weather. Rain-day alternatives: Phuket Old Town or the Big Buddha once the downpour passes.

FAQ
How much does ziplining in Phuket cost and what is included?
We do not quote prices here because they change; each park publishes current prices on its own site. Insurance, equipment and a guide are part of the packages at both parks, and both list hotel transfer as included. Before paying, check the package description for transfer, meals and photos.

Both parks take children from age 4 with an accompanying adult. The upper weight limit is 120 kg. The lower limit differs between pages: 15 kg on Hanuman World's safety page, 20 kg on its package pages and at Flying Hanuman. If your child is near the limit, ask the park before you go.
Can pregnant women or people with health conditions go ziplining?
Pregnant guests are not allowed at either park. Hanuman World excludes heart and circulatory conditions, epilepsy, surgery in the last 6 months and back, neck or spinal injuries, and asks you to tell staff about asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure. Flying Hanuman lists diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure among its exclusions. Park staff make the final call.
Does ziplining run in the rain?
Both parks operate in light rain and hand out raincoats. Heavy rain or wind can pause the course, and lightning stops operations, with a refund or a new date under the park's rules. In the rainy season bring dry clothes and call the park in the morning.
