In 11 projects as of October 2026 the developer itself promises guaranteed rental income for several years. The guarantee is paid by the developer or its management company, not by tenants, so it is only as reliable as the company. Read the contract: the percentage is often calculated on the price without furniture and taxes, and the guarantee ends long before the purchase pays back.
