Residences at Garrya Phuket are apartments and rooftop pool penthouses at the new Garrya wellness hotel in Laguna Phuket by Bang Tao Beach. They suit investors who want income through the hotel pool and those who want to live with hotel service. The developer does not confirm readiness: FazWaz reports completion in January 2026, Keller Henson gives Q3 2026, and the Garrya hotel was described as soon to open in December 2025.
