  According to the developer: According to the developer: units are sold freehold within the 49% foreign quota or leasehold for 90 years (30 years with two renewals); prices in the unit finder are leasehold prices, and converting to freehold, if quota is available, costs THB 10,000 per m² or THB 700,000 per unit. Confirm quota availability and the ownership type for a specific unit with a lawyer before the deal (source).

  Tenure and availability of the 49% foreign quota are not confirmed by public sources. Check them with the condominium juristic person and the Land Department before buying. Guide: freehold, leasehold and the 49% quota.
